ITS SHOWTIME

What began as a search for the country’s most entertaining acts two years ago turned out to be a hit variety program that launched a thousand trends for Filipinos here and abroad.

The show has, in its own way, established itself as its own brand of entertainment thriving on spontaneity and animated conversations. It is more fun in “Showtime” as it keeps churning out popular catchphrases and gimmicks, draws people and barangays together to showcase their talents, and finds thrill and joy in the most mundane situations.

It's Showtime will be hosted by Vhong Navarro, Anne Curtis, Billy Crawford, Karylle, ‘Kuya’ Kim Atienza, Teddy Corpuz, Jugs Jugueta and Vice Ganda, whose camaraderie, spontaneity, talents, and shared sense of humor have brought joy to kapamilyas. Joining them in "It's Showtime" are dance master Jhong Hilario, and favorite "ex hurados" Ryan Bang, and Coleen Garcia.

Together, they will be bringing a new and more exciting show filled with surprises and engaging segments that will make viewers experience MORE FUN IN SHOWTIME.

Kris TV is a dailymorning program that showcases hot topics, Pinoy trends, practical home solutions, celebrity conversations, music, family and relationship stories done the fun and engaging "Kris Aquino" way. It is a show that goes back-to-basics, wherein a talk show is first and foremost, a talk show. But it will still have some elements of variety for the viewers' entertainment needs.

Kris will be sharing her knowledge in a variety of topics, from affordable beauty and fashion tips, cooking, negosyo, relationship and love advices, family and parenting, homemaking / how tos / DIYs to health and fitness tips. Each day will be focused on one topic, thus, giving our viewers a different experience everyday.

My Binondo Girl

The cast was announced during a press conference in April 7, 2011. In the story conference held by the network, it was stated that Kim Chiu will topbill the series together with Cherry Pie Picache, Glydel Mercado, and Ai Ai delas Alas. Three leading men were chosen for the series which includes Jolo Revilla, Matteo Guidicelli, and Xian Lim.Filming started in April 2011 in Binondo, Manila and Hong Kong.

Jade is the daughter of Zheny Dimaguiba and Chinese businessman, Chen Sy. Chen is disappointed that his first-born child is a girl instead of a hoped-for son. In Chinese culture, a first born daughter is considered a sign of bad luck, therefore Chen wanted to give Jade away to an orphanage. Full of remorse, Zheny quietly returned to the Philippines to raise baby Jade alone. Years later, Chen discovered that Zheny also gave birth to a son named Yuan but does not know that he died after being born. Throughout the series, Jade meets Andy and Trevor Wu, brothers that both begin to develop feelings for Jade; as well as, Onyx, Jade's childhood friend. Jade is forced to pretend to be her own deceased brother, Yuan in a later incident. A scandal covering most of the media news reveals that Jade has in fact been pretending to be her deceased brother in Chen's birthday party. The scandal leads to many things that eventually settled Jade and Andy's relationship and the establishment of the successful ZhenChu Topps, a combined business between the Dimaguiba family and Andy and his mother.

Later in the show, Jade and Andy got married in Hong Kong to please Chen and so Andy can get back Chen's money from his father, Edison Wu. They lived together but do not sleep in the same room. Chen learns that he is really, really sick and so he fires Amethyst and Trevor from Twin Dragons. Amethyst builds up her own fashion boutique with Trevor. One day, Jade decides to reconcile with Andy by bringing him beef steak in his office but she didn't like what she saw. Patrice came to Andy's office and said she's madly inlove to him. So, Jade drops the food and went home. Andy went to her room and saw Jade packing. Andy said that he made a promise with Chen that Jade will never cry anymore and he intends to keep that. Jade forgives him. Chen raises up money to buy back Twin Dragons from Edison for Jean took the money when they divorced in China. Edison almost got hit by a big truck but he only got a bruise on his head. Nobody visited him in the hospital. So, he changes himself and instead of selling Twin Dragons to Jean, he gives it back to Chen for free and with his shares. Chen turns over the ownership of Twin Dragons to Jade. But Jean got angry so she told Amethyst to get her file in her private office. She pays the IP personnel of Twin Dragons to hack Jade's company e-mail address. She sent some files that makes some fight between Jade and Edison. Edison hires a hitman to shoot Jade. But, instead Onyx gets in the way and e gets the bullet into his arteries. Andy saw the hitman and tried to wrestle him. He also got shot. Edison and Jade brought them to the nearest hospital. Onyx wakes up from comma a few hours later but Andy is still not waking up. Jade went to the chapel of the hospital, Trevor looks for her and told her that Andy woke up already. But the time Andy woke up, Onyx dies. The hitman tries to call Edison for his money but Edison did not answer the phone. So he sent a video to Jean Sy's house with him in it saying that Edison is the mastermind and he wants to shoot Jade. Edison went to prison. Andy postpones the wedding and Jade moves into her parents' house. When Edison's trial day came, he admits that he is guilty.

Months later, Andy visits Edison in prison and tells him that Jade has expanded the Twin Dragons, adding 4 more branches within just 6 months. Edison tells Andy to stop being miserable for him, but instead live his life with Jade. So on Jade's birthday Menchu, Zheny, Chen, Trevor, Amethyst, and Lola Amor surprises her. After Jade blows her candle, everybody leaves the house. Andy enters and proposes to Jade for the third time. And so, they got married in the church.

Walang Hanggan (TV series)

The story of love, lust and passion begins with the intriguing love triangle between sisters, Virginia (Susan Roces) and Margaret (Helen Gamboa) and Joseph (Eddie Gutierrez), the man they both love. Virginia is self-sacrificing, caring and loving especially when it comes to her sister. She has sacrificed even the most important things in her life, her education and the man she loves. In order to survive after being abandoned by their parents, Virginia had to stop attending school so that Margaret could graduate college, she also had to sacrifice the man of her life, Joseph, her bestfriend whom she loved but struggled to show her true feelings but after introducing him to her sister, Virginia realised how much Margaret loved him and so gave him up for her. The two had their only son Marco.

Marco (Richard Gomez) grew up as a versatile, intelligent yet immature young man who only learnt to straighten himself up after meeting Emily (Dawn Zulueta), the daughter of one of their workers. But another woman is in Marco's life, her name is Jane (Rita Avila) who eventually won this battle of love. Marco and Jane had two kids who they named Johanna and Nathan. Meanwhile, Emily is sent to jail after covering for the charges of her father. After years of imprisonment she returns to avenge Marco, who she thought used her for money.

Johanna (Melissa Ricks) and Nathan (Paulo Avelino) each have their own love stories - but they're not the main protagonists. Nathan is in love with his childhood friend, Katerina (Julia Montes), the daughter of their family's rival business, who is in love with Daniel (Coco Martin), one of their helpers who has been in their lives ever since childhood. Meanwhile, Johanna is in love with Daniel, who is in love with Katerina. But what makes this love story even more intriguing and breath-taking is the fact that Tomas (Joem Bascon), Katerina's brother, is also in love with Johanna. What are they all willing to do for the sake of everlasting love?

Ikaw Ay Pag-ibig

Preparations for the film was done in July 2010. The film was to be helm by the critically acclaimed director of Muro Ami and Pusod ng Dagat, Marilou Diaz-Abaya. Initially, the films tentative titles were Peñafrancia and Ina. But later on changed to Ikaw Ang Pag-Ibig.Filming started middle of 2010 in Naga City during the 300th anniversary of Our Lady of Peñafrancia. Unitel Productions was supposed to produce this film but when it backed out, the Archdiocese of Caceres in Naga City, Camarines Sur decided to fund the project. The said parish is led by Archbishop Leonardo Legaspi, O.P.D.D., who has held this position for the past 26 years.

The film has been Graded "A" by the Cinema Evaluation Board, and Rated PG-13 by the Movie and Television Ratings and Classification Board. It has also been endorsed by the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines, the Association of Catholic Universities and the Manila Archdiocese and Parochial Schools, Association, Inc.

The movie revolves around a young, contemporary, rebellious woman Vangie Cruz (Ina Feleo), whose family life and career as a video editor are disrupted when her only brother, a newly ordained priest, Fr. Johnny (Marvin Agustin), is diagnosed of Acute Myeloid Leukemia. As a sibling, Vangie is called upon to be a donor for Fr. Johnny's bone marrow transplant. At first, Vangie is very reluctant. She has a clinical phobia for medical procedures, the reasons for which are rooted in an attempted, but botched, abortion which she suffered through many years earlier and has since been troubled about. Her life is saved by Dr. Joey Lucas (Jomari Yllana) with whom she has a love child, and whom she eventually marries. Vangie's dysfunctional family gravitates around Fr. Johnny, and in their struggle to cope with his illness, find themselves drawn to Ina, begging for her intercession. Their prayers are answered, not so much by way of a miraculous cure for Fr. Johnny, but by the grace of conversion, of love, of forgiveness, reconciliation, and hope.

According to TNS National Household Philippines, the series is currently the most watched series on its primetime slot since its airing.
